You may either book telemedicine or in person appointments by calling the clinic or via the link on the clinic page.

If using the self-book function please indicate in the comments section if you wish an in person appointment.

If we have scheduled you for an in person appointment, you must answer NO to the following questions:

  • Are you experiencing COVID symptoms (cough, shortness of breath, fever, sore throat, nausea or diarrhea)?
  • Have you traveled outside of the country in the last 14 days?
  • Are you waiting for a COVID test result?
  • Have you been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid within the last 14 days, without wearing the suitable protective equipment?.
